Therapy Approaches
I'm an advocate of using a multimodal approach to therapy, which incorporates different therapeutic models in order to create the best outcome for my patients. This approach includes mindfulness, CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy), EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing), Gottman Method Couples Therapy, and Emotionally Focused Therapy. Each of these approaches can provide its own unique advantages when it comes to dealing with psychological issues and together they offer a more holistic view of mental health and well-being. I believe this integrated approach can be incredibly beneficial for my clients to help them reach their goals quicker and with greater success. I'm passionate about offering my clients the best quality care and helping them to become more empowered in their own lives.
